Excellent Customer Service
Ordering pens from Flashbay was incredibly easy and helpful. The customer service agent was quick to respond and made changes to our order on the fly. The pens themselves are great too, and the print is excellent, considering our company logo is fairly small and complex. Highly recommend!

10/10 recommend Flashbay. We've just received our second order and are very happy.
We've always had issues trying to find a good branded pen supplier. The print quality was continuously low with every supplier we tried. So, when approaching Flashbay, we told them of our past experiences and they were great at putting us at ease and working with us every step of the way.
