Excellent Support from Start to Finish
My experience in purchasing merchandise from Flashbay, was indeed pleasant and smooth from securing the quotation to selecting products based on our requirements, down to placing orders. I coordinated closely with James to confirm the merchandise order. He assisted me throughout the entire process, including providing delivery timelines, explaining the payment process, and keeping me updated on the actual delivery date to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.

Excellent Service and Products
Although we took some time to decide on the right colours, logo design and quantity, James was very prompt with responses and patient with our questions. We are very happy with each item we have ordered. Delivery time was excellent also.

All up to standards and even better
I ordered 175ml coffee travel cups and they are a hit. Just great in the cold winter morning to have this little cup instead of huge "barrel". The service was great and Lewis took good care of my order. I recommend this 100% My verdict is A+ for this service and product.

We had a great experience working with the Flashbay team for the design and printing of show bags for a Telstra event. The team was responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the process. Once we aligned on the final mock‑up, everything ran very smoothly; production, timelines, and delivery were all spot on.
The mock‑up stage is the only part where an extra bit of time was required to everything just right, particularly when external brand guidelines and approvals are involved. A more streamlined design review at this stage would make the experience even stronger, as the rest of the process is seamless.
Overall, a professional service and a great result. We’d happily work with Flashbay again.
