Great Customer Service & Product
Hieu from Flashbay was professional & friendly to deal with. The samples arrived promptly to help with decision making and once a choice was made the product arrived quickly and looked great. Cost was a little more than we originally planned on spending but the quality is much better than our last batch from another company. We look forward to handing out the printed drink bottles & koozies at our upcoming charity event. We have no hesitation using Flashbay again.

Excellent experience with Flashbay. They have a great product selection, and we were contacted promptly after our online enquiry. Maggie, our Account Manager, was extremely helpful and always willing to assist. Nothing was a problem, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. Delivery was quick too. Highly recommended.

Incredibly understanding and prompt team, especially Christian, who helped us get great quality merch within a matter of weeks. Christian helped us understand what merch would fit within our needs and budget, and happily allowed us to play around with colours and design choices.
