Great customer service
Great customer service, really helpful and fast - really helped me out with a last minute order, which was delivered a day early. Couldn't be happier!
The products that we ordered are great, well made, nice bright colours on the prints and good quality. I will be using again. Thank you :-)
Flashbay User Experience
The Flashbay Team are always so helpful and my experience of the whole engagement process from the beginning to the end has been a positive one. They are prompt to respond and in the event my usual contact is unavailable, there is always someone available to step in and support through the process of getting quotes, offering suitable alternative products and progressing orders.

We had a positive experience working with Flashbay for our order of Quad Pens. The process was smooth, straightforward, and professionally managed. The pens arrived earlier than expected and were of excellent quality, meeting our expectations for both design and functionality.
A special thank you to James, who was a pleasure to work with throughout the project. He was always responsive, proactive, and genuinely helpful in addressing our requirements. We especially appreciated his flexibility and understanding when it came to the payment terms, which made the procurement process much more manageable for us. His willingness to go the extra mile and find practical solutions made a real difference.
Good service can be hard to come by, and James' support gave us confidence that we were working with the right partner. We appreciate the excellent customer service from Flashbay and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. We look forward to working together again on future projects.
