The Communication responses to myā¦
The Communication responses to my questions about the product was almost instantly and there is a time difference of 3hrs. to consider. Once the pens and engraving were finalized Olivia followed up with the date the pens were shipped to the date, they arrived. Her knowledge and recommendations on the pens were very helpful for us to make our final decision. Also, the special box of pens that Olivia sent helped us to visually see what our options were. We ended up ordering 2 different pens as opposed to only one. I would rate Olivia's service and attention to our order as Excellent. We will definitely order your product again.

Erwan made everything so simple and I had a very short deadline and he exceeded expectations well before.

Branded goods
We got some branded good for our club launching a new draw! The customer service was excellent and the products top class. Nicholas was fantastic and talking through design etc I look forward to working with them again!
